KC brings 5 years of insurance and leadership experience to the agency and is licensed in home, auto, farm, commercial, crop, and life insurance. While KC is fully licensed to write all lines of business, he will be specializing in farm and crop insurance.

KC and his wife, Mikayla (Hoefelman) Romshek, reside in Bellwood with their one-year-old son. KC will be working out of his home and the Albion office! In his spare time he enjoys camping, fishing, raising cattle and spending time with his family!

Kylie Steiner brings deep Nebraska roots and a strong passion for serving others to her role at NOIA. Raised near Niobrara and later living in Hastings for 14 years, she attended Central Community College before beginning her career as office manager with Nebraska Crop Insurance. That experience sparked her love for the insurance industry and shaped her commitment to helping clients protect what matters most. Kylie believes in honest, transparent communication and takes pride in creating personalized solutions that fit each client’s lifestyle and budget. Transparency and honesty are at the core of how Kylie does business. Kylie will walk you through your options in plain language, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident in every decision you make. No pressure, no confusion—just clear guidance and dependable support. Kylie believes being a great insurance agent also means being there beyond the sale. Whether it’s reviewing your coverage as life changes, helping you navigate a claim, or simply being available when you need advice, Kylie is committed to being your advocate. When she’s not working with clients, Kylie enjoys time with her girls Grace and Nora. She loves being outdoors, cheering on her girls’ sports, coffee, making fancy home-cooked meals, taking walks, long talks with friends, and expressing her creativity through interior decorating.
